The five story mixed-use project, designed by Gould Evans Architects, includes four stories of housing over a ground floor retail podium, delivering a total of 37 housing units.
Enclosed parking for residents is provided. The on-site garage uses subsurface mechanical parking lifts to reduce the floor area required. The project is highly transit-oriented being just over ten minutes away from the South San Francisco Caltrain station and 30 minutes from the San Bruno BART station by foot.
